Kanye West is brilliant and sharp. You rarely see a Black American man wearing something that is exquisitely fabricated and FITS so that it glides against his body. As for his alleged cockiness, anytime a black man asserts himself he's considered to be cocky or elitist. In my opinion, he's an intelligent, no B.S., well dressed man.
